All I know about them is that they are sisters, called Elaine and Lyndsey McGonigle, graduates of NCAD [National College Of Art And Design] in Dublin and are based at the Donegal Craft Village, which coincidentally doesn't have a web-site either!
Here's another gem uncovered at the RDS Craft Fair [No, I haven't finished yet with this series of posts], Jules Tattersall is a woodturner based in North Wales, he crafts gifts from wood and has been doing so for the last 20 years.
He specializes in products made from suistanable wood or reclaimed, such as old fence posts.
I love the texture of his works, the smooth with the rough.
I have to confess, I almost didn't want to add another post after the Uccelli Design one because I like that turquoise necklace so much! But the Sunset is very good isn't it, one mustn't get too precious!
Stitch and Silver was one of my favorites at the RDS Craft Fair, their jewellery is colorful and playful, they are inspired by childhood memorabilia and found objects.
Look how fun and colorful their encased range is!!!
They are made from sterling silver, fabric, beads, buttons, glitter and resin. They are available in a large number of colours combinations and can be specifically designed to match the colour of your outfit if you so wish. Every piece is hand made and no two are alike. They are available on torcs [hard chokers] or on a chain ... I would definitely go for the chain ... I think they are fantastic!
Prices for this range start at £ 54.
I also love their impression range, inspired by Indian designs, the pendants start at £ 22, also available are earrings starting at £ 22, multi link bracelets starting at £ 17 and bangles starting at £ 90.

is a Dublin based company, they create one of a kind jewellery with a unique and distintive style, my personal favourite from their collection is this gourgeous beaded turquoise necklace, sure to make a statement,
I can see myself wearing it with a simple and understated dress; other favourites of mine are the turquoise and mustard fused glass necklace

handbags are created using the finest quality fabrics, lining and trims, they even put Irish Lavander within all of their linings to produce a calming scent when the bag is used; isn't that a lovely idea? Not only you can look faboulous sporting a one of a kind bag but you will feel totally chilled while doing so! Fantastic Idea!
All of Angela bags are hand made in Ireland's lakeland county Leitrim.
For some mad reason I can't help but going back and tweaking my old posts, I just added a new picture to the Stina Persson
entry! I suppose is the same thing I do with my sketch pads, constantly tracking back to old pages to add swatches, sequins, feathers, colours ... I don't like blank spaces, I don't do sparse ... Yes, Sonia, and what about your blog? All white and pristine ... neat and tidy? Well, just give me time ... you will ask me to stop ... bribe me even! Anyway! I wanted to post about the National Craft Fair that took place last week-end in the RDS, Dublin; my boyfriend snatched a ticket for me and I went along yesterday ... there was so much to see! More than 450 stalls, but, sorry to say, I wasn't that impressed ... after a while it all seemed a bit samey, samey ... or maybe I was just going around in circles and seeing only the same 10 stalls all day without realising it, who knows ... I was expecting more fun, more colours, more ... I don't know, most of it was bad paintings and oversized jumpers, not my cup of tea! But all was not lost, I did see some amazing jewellery, photographs and wood crafts ... over the next few posts I will showcase some of my favourites.
Fiona Thornton designs and makes sterling silver jewellery combined with colour resin and 18 carat yellow gold, she gets her inspiration from Modernism, Minimalism and architecture.
I love the simplicity of the Wrapped Pendant and purple is one of my favourite colours, close up the textures aren't smooth, the resin [I guess thats what it is ... excuse my ignorance!] has craters and bubbles, like a lunar landscape, adding texture and interest. 
How cute is this Space II Cutlery Set? Minimal, no fuss, brings to mind a child drawing of knives and forks.
